　　These Submission Guidelines govern all content submitted to TradeAdd.com (“TradeAdd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for publication on the Platform, including product descriptions, company profiles, promotional materials, translations, and any other content submitted for paid or unpaid publication.

　　By submitting content to TradeAdd, you agree to these Guidelines.

　　1. What We Accept

　　TradeAdd publishes content related to international trade and commerce, including but not limited to:

　　Product introductions and descriptions;

　　Company, supplier, and merchant profiles;

　　Trade inquiries and sourcing requests;

　　Industry news, market updates, and trade insights;

　　Promotional and advertising content;

　　Translated content for publication on TradeAdd or third-party platforms.

　　2. Content Standards

　　All submitted content must:

　　Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading;

　　Comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where the content will be published;

　　Respect the intellectual property rights of others;

　　Be free of malware, harmful code, or deceptive links;

　　Be relevant to international trade or the categories covered by the Platform.

　　3. Prohibited Content

　　We do not accept content that:

　　Promotes illegal products or services, including counterfeit goods, prohibited substances, or regulated items offered without required authorization;

　　Contains false, fraudulent, or deceptive claims;

　　Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights;

　　Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content;

　　Includes malware, phishing links, or unauthorized tracking technologies;

　　Violates any applicable export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws;

　　Contains content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate for the Platform.

　　4. Language and Formatting

　　Content may be submitted in English or Chinese, or in other languages by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to edit content for clarity, formatting, grammar, and length, provided that such edits do not materially change the meaning of the content.

　　5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

　　By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

　　You own or have the necessary rights to the content;

　　The content does not infringe any third-party rights;

　　You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or consents.

　　You grant TradeAdd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Platform, including publication on third-party platforms where you have requested such service.

　　6. Commercial Content and Endorsements

　　Paid submissions that include testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or any content that may be perceived as a third-party recommendation will be clearly labeled as “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or “Paid Placement” in accordance with applicable law, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule.

　　The submitter is solely responsible for ensuring that any testimonial, review, or endorsement included in the submission:

　　Is truthful and not misleading;

　　Reflects the actual experience or opinion of the person providing it;

　　Discloses any material connection between the endorser and the merchant, where required.

　　7. Review and Publication

　　All submitted content is subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to:

　　Accept, reject, or request revisions to any submission;

　　Edit content for formatting, clarity, or compliance;

　　Remove published content at any time if we determine it violates these Guidelines or applicable law.

　　Submission of content does not guarantee publication.

　　8. Paid Submissions, Pricing, and Refunds

　　Paid submissions are subject to the refund policy set out in our Terms of Service. Once a submission has been processed or published, fees paid are non-refundable, except where the service is entirely unable to be performed due to our fault.

　　9. Responsibility for Content

　　You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws. TradeAdd is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from content submitted by you.

　　10. No Direct Sales

　　TradeAdd does not sell products or services directly. All purchases are completed on the merchant’s website, and the merchant is responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection laws, including withdrawal rights.

　　11. Changes to These Guidelines

　　We may update these Guidelines from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
